These take a day or two, cost a few hundred euros, and you see results immediately. No discovery process, no proposal phase. Palanca shows up and does the work.

For bigger problems or businesses that aren't sure where to start, Palanca offers a custom engagement. This is the full process: understand the business, find the best opportunities, build the solution, hand it over.
The AI audit
Palanca spends a day or two with your team. Not to pitch you anything, just to understand how things actually work. Where does stuff get stuck? What takes longer than it should? What are people doing by hand that a tool could handle? The result is a short report with a ranked list of opportunities and what each one would cost to build. Most businesses have three to five wins they don't know about.
The build
Palanca picks the highest-value opportunity from the audit and builds it. Not a prototype, not a proof of concept. A real tool your team starts using right away. Most first builds take one to two weeks and cost a lot less than you'd expect.
The handoff
When the build is done, you get everything. Source code, documentation your team can actually follow, and a walkthrough so everyone's comfortable with it. Palanca doesn't stick around collecting retainer fees. The goal is to hand you something that works and get out of the way.
